Being a talent member means you’ll have full technical and moral support from our agency to be the best at you do. Main Requirements
Must be aged 18 and above
Permanent Resident and Malaysian Only, Gender Does not Matter
Should be goal-oriented with clear motivations
What we're looking for:
- ▶ Age: 18 years old and above.
- ▶ Location: Residency in Malaysia.
- ▶ Passion: Strong enthusiasm for gaming, esports, music, or art.
- ▶ Commitment: Ability to dedicate time to weekly live streaming, content creation, and/or stage performances.
- ▶ Language Skills: Fluency in Bahasa Malaysia is a must. Knowing English and other languages is a plus but not mandatory.
- ▶ Long-Term Streaming: We’re looking for someone who can stream long-term and communicate well with our team.
- ▶ Positive Vibe: Ability to maintain a positive vibe during each stream.
- ▶ Interests: A passion for Japanese Anime Culture and VTubing is essential.
- ▶ Streaming Environment: Ability to stream without interruptions, using your own basic streaming knowledge.
- ▶ Experience: Streaming experience is a bonus but not necessary.
- ▶ Voice and Personality: While a memorable voice is great, we’re also looking at your unique skills and personality.
- ▶ Engagement: Interact with the chat and provide entertainment and value to your audience.
- ▶ Flexibility: Be adaptable and ready to handle sudden changes in any situation.
- ▶ Excellence: Strive for excellence and continuously improve your gaming skills and content creation to offer the best entertainment to your audience.
Audition Process
STEP 1: REVIEW OF APPLICATION
Candidates apply for audition through provided application form. Basic information as well as showcase of skills will be evaluated accordingly.
STEP 2: INTERVIEWS & TESTS
Shortlisted candidates will be contacted and further interview will be conducted to fully get to know the candidates. The candidate is subjected to multiple interviews, including a livestream-test to fully access their potential.
STEP 3: RESULT
Congratulations! Successful candidates will now be a part of VOGI and debut preparations will begin promptly.

- ▶ Training: Adequate training to enhance your livestreaming and content creation skills.
- ▶ Creative Support: Access to veteran illustrators and professional Live2D riggers to create your personalized character.
- ▶ Games: Streamable games to support your streaming content.
- ▶ Technical and Creative Support: Assistance with video montage editing, thumbnail creation, and other design-related work.
- ▶ Financial and Management Support: Financial loan support and management assistance for daily activities.
